About Me
I'm Lyndsay, and I have a passion for making people feel better.

I have been interested in massage for many years and after discovering a love of running (a surprise to me!) in the last few years and then moving onto triathlon, realised I could combine massage with sports and decided to train as a Sports Massage Therapist. I have always been active throughout my life, training in many styles of dance at a younger age and then swimming, cycling & running in recent years, with a bit of rock climbing and kayaking thrown in for fun, I feel I am uniquely placed to help with all manor of injuries from many different activities.

I am also a mum of two amazing not so little people and feel that becoming a mother has put more stresses and strains on my body than anything else!! Going through pregnancy is an amazing experience but also incredibly hard work on your joints and muscles. Then when you have your beautiful bundles of joy, carrying them around and later becoming a walking climbing frame (!) can also put your body through all sorts of endurances.

We pick up little aches and niggles through every day life and, due to hectic lives, tend to ignore them until they get really bad. Through sports massage I can help people to rehabiliate form injuries, but also help prevent them from coming back.

I pride myself on providing an approachable, friendly service delivering the highest level of care to everyone I treat. I have a dedicated treatment room in Merrow, Guildford where after an initial consulation we can get to work easing those pains away using different techniques and skills that include massage and Dry Needling.

Over the past few years I have worked with a number of different clients with very different backgrounds and requirements. Theses include recreational cyclists & runners, climbers training for a challenge, professional triathletes, elderly clients & mums in need of relaxation, to mention just a few!! I really love the diversity my job brings me. I am also priviledged to work with Harlequins RFC as part of a team of therapists who provide recovery massage on a regular basis and in the past I have worked with London Irish RFC. Most recently, I have been invitied to return to where I trained to teach Sports Massage.

I look forward to meeting you soon to see what I can do to help you.
